StarryHub is a single tabletop device that combines what a meeting room usually gets from four: a short-throw projector, a conference camera, a microphone array and speakers. You put it on the table, point it at a wall or screen and plug in the power cable. This page covers the 2200-lumen US version.

One cable to start a meeting
The setup claim is simple: StarryHub can start a local or hybrid meeting with just its power cable, and CZUR says setup takes under five minutes. Wi-Fi handles the connection, the projector supplies the screen, the camera and mics cover the room, and the speakers play the far side. The wired ports are there for rooms that need them, such as LAN for a fixed network, or HDMI and USB for a laptop or extra devices.
The projector
At 2200 ANSI lumens, StarryHub is bright enough for a meeting room with the lights dimmed. The throw distance runs from 0.6 to 2.6 m, so the unit can sit on the table rather than at the back of the room, and the image runs from 30 to 150 in. Blinds or a darker wall help in a sunny room, as with any projector.
Planning the room
Two numbers decide where StarryHub goes: the throw distance and the image size. It projects from 0.6 to 2.6 m away, and the picture runs from 30 to 150 in. A unit near the wall gives a smaller, brighter image for a huddle room, and moving it back toward the far end of the table fills a larger wall for a classroom. Measure the distance from the table to the wall before you order, and pick a plain, light wall or a screen. At 6.6 lb, it is light enough to carry between rooms, and it draws up to 150 W from a single outlet.
Camera and audio
The 120° camera with auto framing keeps the people at the table in view for remote attendees. Six microphones pick up speech up to 25 ft away, and CZUR's voice processing separates speakers' voices from background noise. For a small or mid-size room, that covers the whole table without extra mics.
Meeting software and sharing
StarryHub works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting and Skype, among others. For anything else on a laptop, CZUR's Click Drop wireless HDMI transmitter can stream a PC's screen to StarryHub, so any app can be shown. Check whether Click Drop is included with your order or sold separately. The Starry TouchPad that comes in the box works as a pointer and mini keyboard for joining calls, typing meeting IDs and moving through slides.
Good fit
- Small and mid-size meeting rooms without a fixed screen or conference kit
- Classrooms and training rooms that move between local and remote sessions
- Offices that want one portable unit they can carry between rooms
Think twice if
- The room is bright and can't be darkened; a TV may suit it better
- You already have a display and only need a camera and speakerphone
- You need a specific StarryHub model; CZUR sells more than one, so check the model number in the specs above against the product page before you order
